Hi Chandru,Some suggestion for you:1.Check to see that all MSExchange Services are started. (MSExchangeES, MSExchangeIS, MSExchangeMTA, MSExchangeSA)2.If any of these are not started, start them!net start MSExchangeES /yesnet start MSExchangeIS /yesnet start MSExchangeMTA /yesnet start MSExchangeSA /yes3.Check to see if the Information Stores are mounted. Exchange Manager - Servers - Server Name - First Storage Group - Right-click on Mailbox Store and select “Mount Store” if dismounted.4.Perform a database check. Eg:C:Program FilesExchsrvrbineseutil /mh mdbdatapriv1.edb5.Sometimes the error code will be thrown when a database is “dirty.” Doing the above check reveals what state the database is in, if you see State: Dirty Shutdown, then you must make sure all transaction logs from the checkpoint and later arepresent, then mount the store. If the logs are gone, you have to repair the database using Eseutil /p to make the database consistent to start. This can result in data loss, so back up everything beforehand just in case.
After running Eseutil /p, run Eseutil/d to defrag the database. Then run the Information Store integrity checker Isinteg.exe -fix. Running these commands should fix any problems associated with a dirty database, and allow the stores to be mounted again. Please do make sure you have 1.5 –2 times the database file size in free space on the drive for the system to work.RowenTechNet Community Support. It is connected with Microsoft Exchange.

Outlook version is 2007. I can able to send/receive mails but i receive the below error message everytimewhat is that issue?? Please helpTask 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D): 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this connection persists.' Thanks Chandru CT. MCITPHi Chandru,What is the status of the issue?Gulab MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 Lync Server 2010 Windows Server 2008 Skype: Exchange.Ranger Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com.
I just updated my Office 365 Home install to 2016 from 2013. This was a bad idea. My work still uses Exchange 2007 and it is unsupported by Outlook 2016, so I cannot sendreceive emails at this time. From the Web Portal for 365 Home, I can find no option to download prior versions of Office.
I opened a chat session with a MS Tech and she simply uninstalled my current version of Office and then attempted a re-install, only to install 2016 again. She thensaid 'sorry, you cannot go back to 2013' and that was that.Has anyone found a work around for this or a means to install an older version of Office on a 365 Home subscription?I found the below, which looks great, and is exactly what I need BUT this appears to only work for Office 365 Business as you cannot activate any of the download links with a 365 Home account:https://community.office365.com/en-us/f/148/t/409822Thanks! You have to contact MS Support, who should be aware of this issue and provide the link to reinstall 2013 version, if the support tech says this isn't possible then politely ask for a supervisor, as it is and has been documentedI tried contacting support - Office support had no idea of what to do with the problem (though I kept simply asking how I could downgrade to Office 2013), and so I was bounced to 'Pro Support(?)' under the premise that since it had to do with Exchange theymust be the people to do with it. After waiting on hold for second-level support, I was told that I should buy the 'Professional' version of Office (?????), and asked to go back to the original Office support desk. Hey Everyone,I'm the originator of this post. So apparently my second time was a charm.
I contacted the Answer Desk again and worked with a technician one more time. This time I referenced the below KB to him directly:him that document made a big difference. He removed my version of 2016 and successfully installed 2013 for me and fixed the problem.Everyone should follow the below information to get this resolved:If you were auto-upgraded to Office 2016 from Office 365 Personal, Office 365 Home, or Office 365 University, and you want help in reverting to the earlier version, contact Microsoft support by selecting ContactAnswer Desk on the Microsoft.Good Luck!
